Ileeṣẹ ọlọpaa lorileede Naijiria ti kede CP Abiọdun Mustapha Alamutu gẹgẹ bi ọga ọlọpaa patapata n'ipinlẹ Ogun, to si ti gba ipo naa lọwọ AIG Ọlanrewaju Yọmi Ọladimeji toun wa nibẹ tẹlẹ.
Gẹgẹ bi a ṣe gbọ, Alamutu ni ọga ọlọpaa kẹrindinlọgbọn ti yoo maa tukọ eto aabo n'ipinlẹ Ogun latigba ti wọn ti da ipinlẹ naa silẹ l'ọdun 1977.

Aarin ọdun 1992 si 1994 ni Alamutu fi kawe nibẹ, ko too tẹsiwaju ni fasiti ipinlẹ Ekoo, nibi to ti kẹkọọ, to si gboye Bachelor of Economics.
Lọdun 1993 ni Alamutu darapọ mọ idanilẹkọọ Police Mobile Force, Anti riot and Tactical Maneuvering Training. Ọdun naa lo tun lọ darapọ mọ eto ẹkọ Citizenship and Leadership Course niluu Jos.
Ọdun 1995 ni Alamutu lọ s'ipinlẹ fun eto ẹkọ ti wọn pe ni Executive Traffic Management Course.
Ninu atẹjade ti agbẹnusọ ọlọpaa ipinlẹ naa, Ọmọlọla Odutọla gbe jade lonii, ọjọ Abamẹta tii ṣe Satide, ọjọ kin-in-ni, oṣu keje, ọdun 2023, lo ti jẹ ko di mimọ pe Alamutu ti kopa nibi oriṣiriṣi idanilẹkọọ kaakiri Naijiria, to si tun kopa ribiribi nibẹ pẹlu, lara wọn si ni;
